This is as much your competition as any off plan developments that are being actively marketed. That’s where a resale competitor research report comes in.
We recommend you undertake this assessment during the product development stage prior to launch to market for optimum benefit. Or if you are already launched and find that your development project is losing out to local resale stock, then we can help get to the bottom of it for you to see where your project is not competing.
You will receive a full written report with assessments of average prices for different property types and locations, a comparison of location features and a matrix showing the different features in comparison to asking prices. We will also aim to provide stock estimates for various locations that directly compete on a price or product level with the development. We will also provide data where available of purchaser demographic in each of the sub-localities. This data will be analysed in order for you, the developer, to understand competing demographics and any demographic overlaps. In addition, we will provide data on the top 5 estate agents with competing resale property on the market.

15 working days from receipt of required information (see below) you will receive a full written resale competitor research report. The report will be submitted electronically in PDF format.
