We define key deliverables in order that the full team have big picture targets against which to measure overall project success.

Project Scheduling

We create a project schedule for agreement by the primary project stakeholders and then segment it into achievable deliverable elements.

Risk Plan & SWOT

We create a risk plan and SWOT with a view to identifying potential threats to successful project roll out and how we can address risks and capitalise on opportunities to ensure project success.

Define Project Team

We define the team who will work on the different parameters of the project and their key roles and responsibilities.

Budgeting & Cost Management

Using specialist segments of the development team, we budget and assess project costs and parameters aiming to keep the project on budget.

Project Management Outputs

We create a project management output that we agree with each developer. Typically the project management output includes a project gantt chart, resource analysis and cost plan which is updated and reviewed throughout the course of the project.

We report to the project or company director in order to ensure that all targets are being met and to make them aware of the project status and any challenges being faced. We provide regular written reports and aim to sit with the project team once per month to discuss status and take action and status updates from all stakeholders.
